These Terms govern use of aigencoach.ai and aigencoach.com, and inquiries to AIGenCoach LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“AIGenCoach,” “we,” “us”).

Paid local coaching booked at libertyhillai.com is governed by that site’s Terms and Refunds, not this page.

By using this website or emailing us, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. What this site is

This site is informational. It describes advisory, enablement, and coaching services. It is not a software product, marketplace, or checkout page.

Browsing or emailing does not create a paid engagement, partnership, or advisor relationship.

2. How paid work starts

A paid consulting, enablement, workshop, or coaching engagement starts only when both sides agree in writing (email confirmation of scope and fee is enough for a small engagement; a statement of work may be used for larger work).

Until then, we may decline an inquiry, refer you to libertyhillai.com, or suggest a conversation with no obligation.

3. What we provide — and what we do not

When engaged, we provide educational coaching, enablement, and business advisory about using AI in real work.

This is not:

• legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, insurance, or mental-health advice
• a guarantee of revenue, savings, adoption, or tool performance
• custom software, production implementation, system integration, or ongoing IT operations unless a written scope expressly says so

No software implementation warranty. We do not warrant that any tool, prompt, template, workflow, or recommendation will be error-free, current, compatible with your systems, or fit for a particular purpose. You decide what to use.

AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or outdated. You must review it before you send, publish, or rely on it.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• provide accurate information
• keep control of your own accounts, passwords, and vendor tools
• use sample or redacted examples unless we have agreed in writing to handle live confidential data
• make your own business, hiring, and technology decisions

You are responsible for data you enter into third-party AI tools.

5. Confidentiality

We will not use the substance of a serious business inquiry in marketing. We will not disclose non-public information you send us except to people who need it to evaluate or perform the work, or as required by law.

A first inquiry is not a substitute for a mutual NDA on a larger diligence process. If you need an NDA before sharing detail, say so.

6. Website content

Site content is owned by AIGenCoach LLC. You may not copy it as your own product, scrape the site, or use it to train a competing public offering.

We may change or take down pages at any time.

7. Third-party sites and tools

Links to libertyhillai.com, LinkedIn, and other sites are provided for convenience. Their terms and privacy practices apply. Third-party AI tools you already use are provided by those vendors, not by us.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The website and any pre-engagement conversation are provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by Texas law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, AIGenCoach LLC and Heath Miller are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for actions you take based on website content, a conversation, coaching, or AI output.

If a paid engagement exists, total liability for a claim arising out of that engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement, except for liability Texas law does not allow to be limited.

If there is no paid engagement, our total liability arising out of use of this website or an inquiry is limited to $100.

10. Local coaching

One-to-one coaching in Central Texas is offered under Liberty Hill AI. Booking, payment, cancellation, and refunds for those sessions are on libertyhillai.com.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Exclusive venue is the state courts of Williamson County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

12. Changes

The version posted at /terms when you use the site or send an inquiry applies to that use. A later written engagement controls over this page for that engagement.
