AIGenCoach LLC (“AIGenCoach,” “we,” “us”) is a Texas limited liability company. This policy covers aigencoach.ai and aigencoach.com (which currently redirects here), and related firm email and phone inquiries.
It does not cover paid local coaching booked at libertyhillai.com. That site has its own privacy policy.

This website is a firm information page. It describes coaching, enablement, and consulting. It does not currently run accounts, checkout, email-capture forms, advertising pixels, or a consumer app.

- Any files or examples you choose to attach

We use inquiry information to:

Treat unsolicited email as a business inquiry, not a signed NDA.
Do not send customer lists, employee files, health information, passwords, payment-card data, or other highly sensitive records in a first email. If an engagement later requires confidential information, we will agree on that in writing.
If you send sensitive information anyway, we may delete it, ask for a redacted version, or decline to use it.

6. Retention
Inquiry records are kept as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable business record, then deleted or archived. Records we must keep for tax, dispute, or legal reasons are retained as required by law.

This site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Firm engagements are with adults and organizations.
8. Security
We use reasonable measures for a small professional firm. Email is not a fully secure channel. No method of transmission is 100% secure.
